Learning Objectives: • The key features of the NCQA PCC-PCMH Recognition Program About the Speaker: Jaan Sidorov, M.D. is the Medical Director of the Care Coordination Department at Geisinger Health Plan, and is also a practicing primary care internist with an office located in the Department of General Internal Medicine in the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Penn. Dr. Sidorov previously served as a chief resident, at Reading (Penn.) Hospital. He has numerous publications of original research, and has also presented his findings in workshops and presentations at local and national research meetings. He received his medical degree from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, and did his internship and residency at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover, N.H. Dr. Sidorov also has a master’s degree in Health Services Administration from Marywood University in Scranton, Penn. He received additional training in health services research through the Faculty Development Fellowship of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and in managed care through the American Association of Health Plans certified managed care executive program.
