WEBINAR OVERVIEW:
The past few years have witnessed a major resurgence in employer onsite and near site clinics. Many organizations have differing health and productivity management goals underlying the introduction of such services and facilities. Assessing the direct and sustained impact of an onsite clinic can be challenging.

This Webinar will addresses:
•    Key decision points that an employer must consider when contemplating the viability of and making the business case for an onsite clinic.
•    Appropriate measurement and evaluation (M&E) methodologies for upfront feasibility analytics and ongoing monitoring and reporting of clinic impact.
•    Relevant legal and compliance issues associated with on-site clinics such as ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and the ADA.
•    Virtual Waiting Rooms designed to eliminate employee waiting time and optimize productivity.
•    Shared Office and Manufacturing Park-based clinics to enable smaller employers to benefit from onsite healthcare and to enhance tenant appeal.
•    Provider-driven health management that links these services to an existing trusted advisor enabling true engagement and outcomes enhancement.
