Global Media Dynamics presents:
2nd Annual Symposium on Pharmaceutical Meeting Planning
Innovative Event Program Strategies to Stay Competitive in the New Pharmaceutical Environment

September 13-14, 2010 • Philadelphia, PA

In today’s regulatory environment coupled with the current economic climate, pharmaceutical meeting planners are faced with a greater set of responsibilities than before. Due to continuously evolving and expanding guidelines and codes regulating how pharmaceutical companies interact with health care providers, meeting planners must contend with compliance issues and ethical considerations in addition to the traditional set of challenges they normally encounter. Therefore, a tremendous amount of control and emphasis has been placed on the complexity of meetings in an effort to dispel the perception that pharmaceutical companies are unfairly influencing doctors and other health care professionals.

Furthermore, the recent economic slowdown has created budgetary constraints for most companies. While meeting planners are finding it more difficult to obtain the resources required to produce the quality meetings that the industry has become accustomed to, they are still being held accountable for the same level of performance. Given these issues, there is more of a need than ever for pharmaceutical meetings to be strategic and streamlined.

The Pharmaceutical Meeting Planning Challenge!

In this high-level symposium, we bring together industry leaders and innovators to share their insights and expertise. Our speaking faculty, composed of industry veterans, reveals best practices for optimizing internal and external meeting results and helps the audience better understand the latest advancements in the space. Unlike other conferences, this exclusive event targets senior executives in order to maximize educational and networking opportunities

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
